Glimmer Tours is hiring a Performance Marketing Designer to create compelling visual content (graphics and short videos) specifically optimized for Facebook ads, email campaigns, social media, and presentations.

We’re seeking a designer who understands marketing and conversions, not just aesthetics. You'll transform images into dynamic, attention-grabbing ads, add movement and highlights, craft impactful email visuals, and design engaging presentations.

- Design and animate visuals for Facebook ads
- Create and edit short, conversion-driven videos
- Design engaging email campaigns (visuals and short-form copy)
- Craft professional, branded presentations
- Collaborate on visual strategies based on marketing insights
- Design social media visuals in collaboration with our content team

? Proven experience creating visuals optimized for digital ads
? Skilled with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
? Understanding of design principles that drive conversions
? Available during US business hours
