About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Performance Marketer to join our remote team and manage digital marketing efforts across three growing women’s shoe brands. Each brand currently sells on Amazon, has recently launched Shopify storefronts, and is expanding its reach through organic social media.

Responsibilities:
• Paid Advertising:
• Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Continuously analyze and improve ad performance to maximize ROI.
• SEO & Organic Traffic:
• Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic on Shopify websites.
• Regularly audit site content, product listings, and metadata to boost search visibility.

• Social Media & Content Coordination:
• Collaborate with creative and social media teams to manage and execute content calendars.
• Ensure content across platforms aligns strategically to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Regularly present insights and actionable recommendations to the management team.
• Project Management & Communication:
• Proactively manage and take full ownership of marketing projects, maintaining clear communication of progress, results, and insights.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of proven experience in:
• Google Paid Ads (Google Ads, Shopping, Display)
• Meta Ads
• SEO strategy and execution (Google SEO best practices)
• Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce marketing initiatives, specifically on Shopify.
• Strong understanding of
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Highly analytical, able to leverage data to drive marketing decisions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized in a remote working environment.
• Comfortable independently managing multiple ongoing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A growth mindset, willingness to learn continuously, and eagerness to test new marketing strategies.
