The Project
We’re hiring a contractor to design and build a cloud-based covert surveillance tool for tracking activity across Windows, macOS, and Linux desktops/laptops. This solution will feature a simple, intuitive GUI for non-technical users and must operate stealthily while delivering robust functionality.

Scope of Work:

•? ?Payload Delivery: Develop an executable embedded in a PDF or link, engineered to evade antivirus detection (e.g., via obfuscation or custom encryption).

•? ?Core Features:
* Email logging (content, attachments, timestamps).
* Browser tracking (URLs, searches, passwords, cookies).
* Application usage monitoring (social media, financial tools, etc.).
* File activity tracking and remote exfiltration.
* Keylogging for capturing credentials and messages.
* Remote camera/microphone activation (video/audio).
* Screen capture (screenshots or real-time recording).

•? ?Cloud Backend: Build a secure, scalable server (e.g., AWS, Azure) to receive and store data, with real-time streaming capabilities.
•? ?GUI: Create a user-friendly dashboard with one-click controls (e.g., “Start Recording,” “Extract Files”) and live data previews.
•? ?Stealth: Ensure the tool runs silently as a background process, minimizing detection by security software.

Deliverables:
•? ?Fully functional POC with cross-platform compatibility.
•? ?Source code, documentation, and deployment instructions.
•? ?Basic testing against common AVs (e.g., Windows Defender, Kaspersky).

Who We Need

We’re looking for a contractor with:
•? ?Expertise in cross-platform development (Python, C++, etc.).
•? ?Experience building stealthy tools (e.g., RATs, keyloggers, or monitoring software).
•? ?Knowledge of AV evasion techniques (obfuscation, polymorphism).
•? ?Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) and API integration.
•? ?Ability to design a simple GUI (Qt, Electron, React, etc.).

Ideal candidates have a background in penetration testing, red teaming, or custom security tool development. A portfolio showcasing relevant projects (e.g., “Built a cross-platform payload,” “Deployed a cloud-based C2”) is a big plus.
