The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center (TOATC) has a true passion for bringing help and hope to some of the most underserved clinical populations. The Purpose of Your Role
The human resource generalist works closely with the human resources director and possesses excellent communication skills, maintains confidentiality, and practices extensive organizational skills. They are responsible for administration and coordination of company training programs, and the maintenance of company training systems. The human resources generalist will assist in all human resources tasks, including employee recognition, policy development and regulation, performance management, employee relations and retention, and build our employer brand.
Objectives:
Assists in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Presents self in a professional manner
Responsibilities:
Recommends and assists in the implementation of new policies, approaches, and procedures
Maintains employee file management system with updated information
Assists with employee training programs
Establishes and maintains training policies and procedures to support the development of TOATC employees in compliance with company standards
Responsible for all aspects of OSHA, HIPAA, and compliance programs
Learns and practices de-escalation techniques (may occasionally be exposed to high-stress environments)
Maintains a safe and clean environment
The Skills and Expertise You Have:
Knowledge of basic human resources practices
Experience working with leadership teams
Ability to support and cultivate a learning environment
Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and loud noise level
Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
Proficient knowledge of computers including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software
Physical demands of the job will include sitting at a desk or table for extended periods, bending, sitting, lifting, and walking
Pass a full criminal background check
Eligible to work in the US
