About the Role
The Appointment Setter is responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and scheduling pavement assessments with commercial property owners and facility managers located in Tennessee, U.S. This role directly contributes to sales growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified appointments that lead to service quotes and closed deals. Additionally, you will assist in drafting pavement assessment reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in post-site evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
? Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our pavement assessment services
? Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to schedule appointments
Weekly Tasks:
? Strategically schedule pavement assessments with decision-makers
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from assessment to proposal
Monthly Tasks:
? Draft comprehensive pavement assessment reports following field evaluations
? Prepare and review performance metrics, tracking outbound calls, appointments booked, and conversion rates

Performance Metrics
Lead Indicators (Proactive Measures for Success):
? Outbound calls: Maintain a high volume of strategic outreach to qualified prospects
? Quality of conversations: Ensure effective engagement and communication with potential clients
? Appointment conversion rate: Monitor the efficiency of turning calls into scheduled assessments
? Client relationship development: Foster strong connections to improve long-term success rates

Lag Indicators (Results & Impact):
? Appointments booked: Reflects the effectiveness of lead generation efforts
? Assessments converted to sales: Measures how successfully booked assessments lead to revenue
? Timeliness and accuracy of reports: Ensures all assessments are well-documented for the sales team
? Client satisfaction and feedback: Tracks the overall experience of customers throughout the process
