About the Role:
As a Patient Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact and trusted guide for our members seeking medical imaging. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a high quality medical imaging experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone,
- Answer questions about imaging exams, booking and scheduling, payments, issues, etc.
- Collaborate internally with care coordinators to schedule imaging exams
Requirements:
- Possess strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
- 2+ years of experience providing phone based customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized: Maintain accurate records, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strongly desired, but not required:
- 2+ years of patient support or services experience in a healthcare setting or with a healthcare company
