Hiring Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist – Full-Time (Remote)

Join our team to help people recover from neck, back, shoulder, and knee pain while working from home. We're looking for a dedicated Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist to assist with insurance verification and authorization, with growth potential into a Patient Care Coordinator role (paid training provided).

Full-Time Remote Position | Competitive Salary + Bonuses | Paid Training



Responsibilities:

Verify and authorize insurance claims with US insurance companies.
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve any insurance-related issues.
Handle insurance verification tasks in a timely and accurate manner.


Requirements:

Experience with US insurance companies for verification and authorization.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Drive.
Strong work ethic, dependable, and reliable with consistent availability for team meetings.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
