Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Party Rentals Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in building client relationships, increasing rental sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Relations:

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their event rental needs.

Provide expert guidance on product selection and package options.

Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.


Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and other industry professionals.


Customer Support:

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of rental items.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction.


Product Knowledge and Presentation:

Stay updated on the latest trends in event rentals and décor.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Flame Lily’s inventory and services.


Administrative Tasks:

Use CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Assist with maintaining accurate rental agreements and invoices.



Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or event rentals (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with event planning and/or the party rental industry is a plus.

Availability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
