JOB OVERVIEW

As the Partnerships Manager at Seller Systems, you’ll be the key driver behind all sponsorship and partnership initiatives. Your role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with sponsors for our events and newsletters, ensuring that we provide value to our partners while maintaining the best deals for the company. You'll also coordinate with affiliates, making sure our commissions are received promptly and all partnerships are optimized for success.

In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact between our sponsors, affiliates, and the company, helping to shape our sponsorship decks and providing tailored solutions to meet partner needs. You’ll work closely with the CMO and other teams to ensure all partnership goals align with our business objectives.

PAY STRUCTURE:
Base Pay: $6 per hour – Your guaranteed hourly rate, no matter what.
Performance Bonus: Up to $6 per hour – Earned by hitting sales or partnership goals.

Example: If you work 40 hours in a week and meet all your targets, you’ll earn:
Base Pay: 40 hours × $6 = $240
Bonus: 40 hours × $6 = $240
Total Weekly Pay: $240 + $240 = $480

This structure rewards proactive and results-driven performance, ensuring high achievers can maximize their earnings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sponsorship Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current sponsors for events and newsletters, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
2. Partnership Development: Coordinate and negotiate partnership deals with affiliates, ensuring Seller Systems gets the best possible terms and commissions are properly tracked and received.
3. Sponsorship Decks: Help shape and update our sponsorship decks, working closely with the design team to ensure they align with partner needs and effectively present our value.
4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure sponsor participation in events runs smoothly, including managing sponsor deliverables and agreements.
5. Affiliate Management: Oversee relationships with affiliate partners, tracking performance and ensuring all commissions and payments are processed in a timely manner.
6. Reporting: Regularly provide updates on sponsorship and affiliate activities, presenting key metrics and performance indicators to leadership.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
1. Sponsor Retention Rate: Track the percentage of sponsors who renew their partnership deals for future events and newsletters.
2. Partnership Value: Measure the total value generated from sponsorship and affiliate partnerships.
3. Commission Accuracy: Ensure all commissions from affiliate partnerships are accurately tracked and paid on time.
4. Sponsor Satisfaction: Monitor feedback from sponsors and partners to gauge the quality of our relationships and identify areas for improvement.
