Identify and establish partnerships with hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions to promote Stand Up NY as a must-visit experience.
Develop special offers, ticket packages, or discount programs for partner businesses to share with their guests.
Work with concierges, hotel managers, and restaurant hosts to ensure Stand Up NY is recommended as a top nightlife option.
Establish referral programs and incentive structures for concierge teams and hospitality staff.
Build relationships with travel bloggers, influencers, and tour operators to enhance brand visibility.
2. Marketing & Promotions
Create co-branded marketing materials (flyers, digital content,
Develop a monthly newsletter or concierge update showcasing upcoming shows and special promotions.
Organize occasional hospitality industry nights to invite concierges and key decision-makers for a VIP experience.
Collaborate with partner businesses on cross-promotional campaigns, such as social media takeovers, giveaways, and joint advertising efforts.
Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure aligned branding and messaging.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track the effectiveness of partnerships through ticket sales, referral codes, and guest surveys.
Provide monthly reports on partnership performance and ROI.
Identify opportunities for new partnerships based on customer demographics and trends.

Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or hospitality (preferably in the NYC market).
Strong relationship-building skills with hotels, restaurants, and tourism professionals.
Ability to negotiate and create win-win partnerships with businesses.
Creative mindset for developing promotions and unique collaborations.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with NYC’s entertainment and hospitality scene is a plus.
