Part-time Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The role involves making cold calls, scheduling interviews, scheduling drug tests for applicants, interviewing candidates, and maintaining records.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to interview candidates in a professional manner and write an executive summary of the interview.
Experience in the recruiting process is required; US recruitment experience is a plus.
Knowledge of onboarding processes.
Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Some experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Maintaining and updating files daily with new prospects and necessary next steps.
Scheduling weekly prospect meetings.
Actively contacting applicants.
Interviewing potential candidates and providing executive summaries of selected candidates.
Assisting in setting up job advertisements and sharing them on social media networks.
