Part-time Cyber Security Technician

We are seeking a part-time Cyber Security Technician to join our team for 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have experience in cyber security, including protecting emails and domains, setting up servers and SonicWalls, and providing remote assistance to users. The candidate should also be proficient in troubleshooting and logging troubleshooting activities, with knowledge of Microsoft 365 being a plus. Additionally, the candidate should have clear English communication skills, the ability to handle pressuring situations, and minimal accent.

Responsibilities:
Protecting emails and domains from cyber threats
Setting up and maintaining servers and SonicWalls
Providing remote assistance to users
Troubleshooting and logging troubleshooting activities
Handling pressuring situations effectively

Requirements
