Part-time Accountant (Zoho Books/CRM and ADP Payroll expert)

Part-time Accountant
We are seeking an exceptional and detail-oriented Part-time Accountant to join our team. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in Zoho CRM and ADP Payroll, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit keen attention to detail.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Zoho Books Management: Record and reconcile financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and generate financial reports using Zoho Books.
Zoho CRM Integration: Oversee and manage client data, track financial interactions, and ensure seamless integration of financial information within Zoho CRM.
ADP Payroll Processing: Handle payroll operations, including calculating wages, processing payrolls, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations through ADP.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of vendor invoices.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal review and compliance.
General Accounting Support: Provide general support for all accounting functions, including audits and financial analysis as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of US accounting principles.
Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and ADP are required.
Experience in billing and financial reporting.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
Must be available to work 20 hrs/week on a flexible schedule under the Philippine timezone.
