Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and research-driven experienced Digital Marketing VA & YouTube Specialist to manage content strategy, branding, research, and execution across our platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using scheduling and analytics tools to optimize content performance, specialize in YouTube strategy, and work with a team to develop and implement ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Schedule:
Create a content schedule based on research, identifying the optimal times and dates for posting to maximize reach and engagement. Content will be planned 30 days in advance for each platform.
Content Hooks:
Develop hooks for each day to engage the audience from the very first seconds of our videos, based on research into what performs well within our niche and competitor channels.
Channel Strategy & Content Development:
Take charge of channel details and content ideas, creating detailed plans that include:
SEO strategies to optimize visibility.
Scriptwriting for videos and related blog/articles to support the content and drive traffic.
YouTube Expertise:
Manage and optimize our YouTube channels, ensuring that content is aligned with best practices for YouTube SEO, thumbnail design, video titles, and YouTube algorithm strategies.
Keep up with YouTube trends, competitor analysis, and platform updates to ensure our content remains competitive.
Channel Management:
Manage the content strategy for all three channels:
Business Entrepreneurship and Motivation
High-Frequency/Spirituality Content
AI Marketing (Personal Brand)
Posting Frequency:
Plan for posting long-form content twice per week per channel, working to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other tea
Scheduling & Analytics:
Be proficient in using scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and other techniques to gather insights, track performance, and optimize content strategies.
Must-Have Qualities:
Must be fast-paced, attentive to detail, and logical, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Be easy to work and communicate with, someone who listens to direction and doesn’t sweat the small things.
We need someone who is driven to get things done efficiently and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content strategy, branding, research, and YouTube expertise.
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to develop content plans that include SEO, script writing, and blog/article writing.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
