The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and optimizing CRM systems and managing email workflows efficiently. Zoho CRM Management:

Design, implement, and customize Zoho CRM systems tailored to business needs.
Create workflows, automations, and dashboards for improved efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.


Email Management:

Develop and manage email templates and campaigns using Zoho CRM and other tools.
Organize and optimize email workflows to ensure timely and efficient communication.
Analyze email performance and provide actionable insights.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within Zoho CRM.
Regularly clean and update data to ensure quality and reliability.
Generate and present CRM reports to stakeholders.
Training and Support:

Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities.
Stay updated on new Zoho CRM features and recommend improvements.

Proven experience working with Zoho CRM (certifications are a plus).
Strong expertise in email campaign management and automation.
