JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced WordPress Website Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking ownership of projects, implementing creative solutions, and driving results through a well-maintained website.

Responsibilities:

Content Management:
Publish and optimize engaging blog posts following SEO best practices.
Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Design & Development:
Maintain and enhance the website's visual appeal using your design skills.
Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to add new features and functionality.
Integrate and configure WordPress plugins to meet specific needs (e.g., analytics, forms, SEO tools).
Technical Maintenance:
Troubleshoot website issues and ensure optimal performance.
Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to maintain security and functionality.
Proactive Leadership:
Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.
Propose and implement strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven WordPress Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites.
Strong Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and an eye for aesthetics.
Web Development Knowledge: Fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (particularly for implementing plugins and tools).
SEO Understanding: Familiarity with SEO best practices for optimizing website content and structure.
Initiative & Leadership: Ability to work independently, proactively identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with website analytics and performance tracking tools.
Knowledge of PHP or other server-side scripting languages.
