Are you a detail-oriented, reliable individual with a passion for excellent customer service? We're looking for a Client Relations Specialist to become a vital part of our customer service team. If you enjoy communicating with clients, resolving concerns, and ensuring the integrity of online feedback, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do:
Engage with Clients: Reach out to customers via phone to discuss feedback, resolve complaints, and promote positive outcomes.
Ensure Compliance: Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant reviews on our platforms, maintaining adherence to community guidelines.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to implement strategies for review resolution and negotiation.
Stay Organized: Keep accurate records of actions and processes using Upgrade to see actual info.

What We're Looking For:
Attention to Detail: You spot inaccuracies and ensure everything is on point.
Strong Communication Skills: You excel in both verbal and written interactions, especially over the phone.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You handle challenges with empathy and professionalism.
Independence & Time Management: You’re self-motivated, meet deadlines, and manage tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in customer service, complaint resolution, quality control, or client relations is a big plus.

Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday (4:00 PM CET – 6:00 PM CET), with occasional flexibility for additional hours.
Pay: $4 per hour.
