We’re an LGBTQ+ owned and operated spirits company based in New York looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help us grow our business across the United States. Our products include premium vodka, gin, and ready-to-drink cocktails. We’re currently distributed in over 20 U.S. states and expanding quickly.

We’re looking for someone organized, independent, and resourceful. You’ll be working directly with the founder to help manage outreach to potential and existing retail accounts.

Details:
• Hours: 3 hours/day, Monday to Friday
• Pay: $330 USD/month
• Schedule: Flexible, but we prefer overlap with 9am–1pm Eastern Time
• Type: Part-time contractor
• Language: Excellent written English required
• Location: Philippines only

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to bars, restaurants, liquor stores via email and Instagram
• Follow up with accounts
• Track outreach in a spreadsheet (we’ll provide format)
• Reconnect with accounts that previously ordered but haven’t reordered recently
• Use LinkedIn to identify and contact buyers at hotel groups and supermarket chains in states where we distribute
• Build an FAQ library with answers to account questions (ask us first if unsure)

You Are:
• Fluent in written and conversational English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident writing outreach messages in a friendly but professional tone
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experienced working with international clients (preferred)

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Sales or lead generation
• Spirits, wine, or beverage industry
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Using Wise, PayPal, or similar payment platforms
