JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help a busy entrepreneur manage both personal and professional tasks. To be considered for this position, you must submit a video introduction highlighting your skills and experience.

Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant
Hours: 10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage personal and business appointments
- Coordinate and plan domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, itinerary)
- Handle email inbox management, prioritization, and responses
- Assist with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping
- Organize digital files and maintain cloud storage systems
- Research and manage personal tasks (e.g., gift ideas, event planning, subscription management)
- Conduct market research and compile reports as needed for business projects
- Maintain task lists, deadlines, and follow-ups on ongoing projects
- Assist in managing social media accounts or updating online profiles
- Coordinate with other service providers or contractors (e.g., accountants, designers, etc.)
- Perform ad hoc administrative support tasks as needed

Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital tools like Slack or Asana
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping software is a plus
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role preferred
