Role Details
Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant
Commitment: 8–12 hours per week
Location: Remote (Flexible hours)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
Document Preparation: Create and organize Excel sheets, documents, and presentations (PowerPoint or Canva).
Social Media Assistance: Manage LinkedIn and Instagram accounts; post updates and engage with the audience.
Video Content Creation: Edit and design professional video content for social media and presentations.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile actionable data when needed.
AI-Powered Workflow: Use ChatGPT or similar tools to draft emails, generate ideas, and streamline processes.
Correspondence: Handle follow-ups and communications with external contacts professionally.
Workflow Improvements: Propose creative solutions to improve operations and boost efficiency.
Financial Tasks: Prepare and send invoices, update expenses, and assist with bookkeeping.
Company Organization: Help maintain and update our Notion company page.

What We’re Looking For
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing.
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
