We’re an e-commerce business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us provide top-notch customer support and create engaging social media content. If you’re organized, have strong communication skills, and enjoy social media, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support
- Respond to customer
- Assist with order tracking and handle basic customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain a friendly, helpful tone to ensure a positive customer experience
2. Social Media Creation
- Design simple graphics or short videos for our social media channels
- Draft captions and schedule posts
- Brainstorm creative ideas to boost engagement and brand awareness
3. Administrative Tasks
- Update spreadsheets or databases as needed
- Perform minor research or data entry related to customer needs or social media planning
Qualifications
- Advanced English Proficiency for clear, concise communication
- Previous Customer Service and/or Social Media experience is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or graphic design software
- Attention to Detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 2 hours daily
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
