Part-Time Virtual Assistant Position Available – Customer Service Focus with Social Media Skills

We are seeking a diligent, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Virtual Assistant. This role requires availability every Saturday and a basic understanding of social media management. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience throughout the couch and carpet cleaning process.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Schedule appointments for couch and carpet cleaning services, coordinating with clients and technicians to ensure timely arrivals.
Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cleaning technicians to ensure all customer needs are met.
Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and billing.
Manage basic social media tasks, such as posting updates and engaging with followers, as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
