JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Virtual Account Loader & Manager to join our internal team and support the operations of our online gaming room. This position involves promptly loading customer accounts with credits, managing account details, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will manage tasks such as providing account balances, resetting account passwords, and entering order details into an Excel sheet.

As this is an internal role, there is room for growth within the company after the candidate proves themselves through consistent performance and dedication.

Training & Shift Information:
Training Period: 12 am to 4 am EST for 3 days
Regular Shift: 12 pm to 4 pm EST
Preference:
Preference will be given to applicants with customer service experience in the gaming industry, particularly those with experience in loading credits and managing customer accounts.

WAGE/SALARY PER MONTH:
$2.50 hr increase to $2.90 hr after first month with possibility to increase work scope.

DESIRED NO. OF HOURS PER WEEK:
12 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Load customer accounts with credits within 5 to 10 minutes.
Provide accurate account balances and assist with password resets.
Maintain and update customer account records.
Enter order details and transactions into an Excel sheet accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and handle account-related inquiries.
Opportunity to take on more responsibilities as performance is proven.
