Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and implement a TikTok content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals, focusing on organic growth and engagement.
Trend Analysis & Content Planning:
Keep up to date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content to ensure timely and relevant campaign execution.
Video Production & Editing:
Oversee video content creation, including shooting, editing, and ensuring videos are polished and optimized for TikTok's format and audience preferences.
Audience Engagement:
Engage with followers and influencers to foster a community around our brand. Respond to comments, initiate conversations, and grow our follower base.
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers that align with the brand and help to expand our reach.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement rates, followers growth, video views, and conversion rates. Use analytics to optimize campaigns and report on campaign success.
Paid Campaign Management (optional):
If applicable, assist in running and optimizing TikTok ads to support brand goals and boost organic campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in TikTok marketing, content creation, and strategy development.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with video production and editing tools (TikTok’s native tools, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Creativity, innovation, and the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with the TikTok audience.
A passion for social media and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration on TikTok.
Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and experience with paid campaigns.
Background in digital marketing and analytics (Google Analytics, social media tools, etc.).
