Are you a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with a knack for eye-catching thumbnails? We’re looking for a talented Thumbnail Creator & Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
Design engaging and high-quality thumbnails for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, and branding.
Understand and implement click-worthy design strategies to maximize audience engagement.
Work closely with our content team to maintain consistent branding and visual identity.

Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design and thumbnail creation. (Portfolio required)
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.
Ability to create bold, vibrant, and eye-catching designs.
Strong understanding of YouTube and social media trends.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Skills:
Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube analytics to optimize thumbnail effectiveness.
