We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Tech Lead to join our team and mentor a group of 30 mentees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and reviewing code submissions, providing feedback, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our mentees. This role is perfect for someone passionate about mentoring and developing future tech talent.

This is what your daily schedule will look like:
2 hours:
- Group 1 Code Review
- Group 2 Code Review

2 hours:
Active on Discord for Q&A and additional support.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a React and NextJS developer
- Strong knowledge of code review tools and project management tools (we use Basecamp)
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
