Part-Time Social Video Editor (Reels & TikTok Expert)

We are a premium social media agency working with fast-growing e-commerce and personal brands in Europe.

We’re looking for a creative, reliable and trend-savvy Video Editor who can also design visual assets (cover photos, carousels, brand identity elements) to join us part-time (4 hours/day, 5 days/week).

???? What You’ll Be Doing
• Edit 10-15 short-form videos/week (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Add subtitles (French or English), transitions, B-roll, music, sound effects, etc.
• Design visual assets:
? Cover photos for Reels/TikToks
? Branded carousels for Instagram (based on provided copy)
? Maintain and evolve brand style guides for each client
• Ensure visual and storytelling consistency across platforms
• Apply performance-driven thinking (optimize hooks, pacing, visuals for retention)
• Collaborate closely with our content strategist and creative director

???? You Are
• A pro at CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
• Experienced in dynamic vertical video editing
• Obsessed with TikTok/IG trends, hooks, viral formats
• Able to create relevant, high-performing content even without a detailed script
• A good designer with strong taste (typography, layout, colors)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Bonus: Figma or Canva skills
• Fast, independent, and reliable
• Bonus: You have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, rhythm

???? Requirements
• Strong portfolio of Reels/TikToks you’ve edited
• High-speed internet connection
• Comfortable with Google Drive, Slack, Notion
• Available to work 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday (PH timezone flexible)

???? Compensation
• 35,000 PHP/month (part-time)
• Paid every 2 weeks via Wise
• Performance-based bonuses (based on video performance & consistency)
• Monthly evaluation ? Potential full-time role (we already have the workload ready)
