Part-Time Social Media Specialist

About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll plan and schedule social media posts, craft engaging content, and help boost our online presence—all while having fun with the creative process!

What You'll Do:
Put together and manage a social media calendar that keeps our content fresh and on track.
Create engaging posts and schedule them across our social media channels using our favorite tools.
Design eye-catching visuals using Canva and tweak images and templates to match our brand vibe.
Hunt down cool images and ideas to make our posts stand out.
Keep an eye on social media trends and come up with creative ways to attract more followers and engagement.
Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to enhance our social media strategy and improve our processes.
Work closely with the team to ensure our social media efforts tie in with our overall goals.

What We're Looking For:
Experience with managing social media platforms and creating content.
A creative flair and a good eye for design.
Comfortable using Canva (or similar design tools) to create or tweak visuals.
Great communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
A proactive attitude that goes beyond simply following instructions—someone who takes the initiative to suggest improvements and streamline processes.
The ability to work independently and juggle tasks in a part-time setup.

Communication Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you’ll be regularly participating in video calls with our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and collaborating on creative projects.

Compensation:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of PHP 15,000 to PHP 30,000 per month (approximately €250 to €500).

Please note that the final compensation will depend on your experience and skill set—candidates with more extensive or specialized expertise may receive an offer at the higher end of this range.
