JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media, Outreach, and Admin Specialist to support our growing wellness and coaching business. This is a multi-faceted role requiring excellent communication, organization, and creativity. Your key responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Edit and produce short video clips for social media using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages.

Outreach & Admin:
• Respond to email inquiries and handle communication related to workshops and trainings.
• Conduct outreach to potential venues, partners, and collaborators.
• Research and compile a list of venues for upcoming trainings and events.
• Track and follow up on outreach efforts.

WhatsApp Group Management:
• Create and manage WhatsApp groups for students attending trainings.
• Share relevant information, updates, and resources with group members.
• Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
