We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media & Engagement Virtual Assistant to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and help convert leads into sales. This role is NOT just about posting content—it’s about getting real results and ensuring our social media presence leads to more inquiries, bookings, and product sales.
Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Engagement
Manage & grow Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
Engage with 100+ target audience accounts per week (DMs, comments, likes)
Reply to comments & DMs professionally to nurture leads into bookings
Schedule Instagram Stories, Reels, & Feed posts (content provided)
Repurpose blog content into engaging captions & social media posts
Edit & repurpose raw video content into Reels, TikToks, and feed posts
Lead Generation & Customer Follow-Ups
Follow up with past customers via DMs or
Engage in
Research & identify influencers, brands, and potential collabs
Pinterest & Website Management
Create & schedule Pinterest pins to increase traffic to our website
Monitor Pinterest performance & send weekly reports
Update website links, workshop listings, & product descriptions as needed
Schedule weekly newsletters & promotional
Manage & update
Organize Google Drive & content database for easy access
Requirements
Proven experience in social media growth & engagement (not just posting)
Fluent in English (written & spoken) – You’ll be engaging with customers
Experience with Pinterest, Instagram, and basic
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Zoho, OmniSend, Wix
Self-motivated, takes initiative & works independently
Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or self-care industries
