Company Overview: We are a growing digital marketing consultancy dedicated to helping businesses improve their online presence and achieve their marketing goals. We specialize in a variety of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we gain additional clients.

Job Description: As a Part-Time SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our clients' search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with our team to create and optimize content, conduct keyword research, perform technical SEO audits, and execute link-building campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content and optimization
- Develop and manage content calendars and assist with blog topic research and development
- Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements
- Implement local SEO strategies, including optimizing Google My Business listings and managing local citations
- Execute white hat link-building campaigns and manage directory submissions
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with voice search optimization and schema markup
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and video SEO
