Part-Time Research & Cold Email Assistant

We are looking for a part-time assistant to help grow our business by researching potential speaking opportunities and reaching out to decision-makers via email. You’ll be working with Nathan Minns, founder of Green Light Improv.

About Nathan Minns:
Nathan is an international keynote speaker, trainer, and facilitator who helps people embrace change using improv techniques. He has worked with clients ranging from startups to government organizations worldwide.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Research potential speaking engagements (based on market, topic, location, and timeline criteria)
Compile lists of decision-makers and gather accurate contact information
Send cold emails to secure speaking engagements and build partnerships
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

About You:
You’re an excellent communicator, always responsive and clear
You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
You’re resourceful, proactive, and enjoy doing online research
You’re fluent in English with strong written & verbal communication skills
You’re available for 20 hours per week
