JOB OVERVIEW

Up to 20 hours/week – Flexible schedule
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Secretary to support our growing e-commerce business. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone organized, proactive, and experienced in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism

Book travel and accommodations for the team

Assist with correspondence to banks, tax authorities, and service providers

Communicate with platforms like Meta Support and suppliers

Manage logistics and hotel arrangements for business needs

Maintain clear documentation using Notion and Excel

Coordinate admin tasks that keep our operations smooth and stress-free

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience in e-commerce or online business support is a big plus

Comfortable using Gmail, Excel, and Notion (basic level)

Highly reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently

Flexible availability: up to 4 hours/day, not exceeding 20 hours/week
