Part-Time Remote SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

(A) Introduction:
WASHINGTON CONSTRUCTION and WASHINGTON ELECTRICAL are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role is ideal for individuals with expertise in SEO, meta marketing/ads, and social media marketing/management. We are looking for someone who can dedicate approximately 2 hours per day to drive our online presence, enhance our search engine rankings, and generate high-quality leads for our local business.

(B) Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Management
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for our industry.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Implement strategies to improve site structure, internal linking, and page load speed for better SEO results.

2. Meta Marketing / Ads Management
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on local lead generation.
- Create and optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze the performance of meta marketing efforts, making adjustments to improve conversions.

3. Social Media Marketing / Management
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop and schedule engaging posts that build brand awareness and foster audience engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages, maintaining a positive and professional online presence.
- Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns targeting local audiences, with a focus on lead generation.

4. Lead Generation
- Develop and execute digital strategies to generate high-quality leads through various online channels.
- Track and report on lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to refine our online presence and attract potential clients effectively.

5. Client Relationship Management
- Assist in managing client relationships through social media and other digital communication channels.
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

(C) Requirements:

1. Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
2. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital marketing best practices.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a remote team.
5. Availability to work approximately 2 hours per day remotely.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
7. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management platforms.

(D) Additional Requirements:

(E) Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: $200 to $400, depending on experience and performance.
- Payment will be made monthly, with the potential for bonuses based on results achieved.
