Part-Time Remote Meta Ad Specialist & Virtual Assistant
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours/week) to manage our Meta advertising campaigns and provide virtual assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and conversions for service based clients
- Provide general virtual assistance tasks as needed (Engagement Monitoring on clients social accounts, assisting in the creation on social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, data entry, document and report preparation)
- Report on ad performance and key metrics
- Manage ad budgets efficiently

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns
- Proven track record of increasing ROI, specifically within a 10-15 hour work week
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Ability to work and complete market research in a number of fields
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Meta ads analytics tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual assistance tasks a plus
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools
