Hello! I am looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Manager to oversee and assemble AI-generated sales pages, digital product packages, and marketing assets. Your primary focus is to ensure all content is structured to sell effectively and that each package is clear, complete, and market-ready.

This is a potentially long-term position for someone reliable, proactive, and committed to managing multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities per week:
1. AI-Generated Sales & Landing Pages
Use ChatGPT or DeepSeek AI to create:
Landing Page
Thank You Page
Sales Page (including compelling, structured sales copy)

2. Sales Copy & Package Structure
Ensure sales copy (From Step 1 above) highlights 20 digital items with a 3-tier pricing model
Copy must be engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused

3. Digital Package Assembly
Gather content from the team, check for clarity and usefulness
Organize documents into the 3-tier packages

4. Add Key Elements to the Packages (From Step 3 above)
Thank You Letter
Bonus Documents

5. AI-Generated Visuals & Optimization
Create an AI-generated background image relevant to the topic and compress it via TinyPNG
Take a screenshot of the free guide cover and compress it

6. Product Image Preparation for WooCommerce
Create folder screenshots for the 3 package tiers (for use as product images) and compress images.

7. Finalizing & Uploading Assets
Upload the Free Guide to Google Drive (ensure read-only access)
Ensure all necessary links are in the Complete Link Document, including:
Brevo (email marketing integration)
Screenshots for sample pages
Quick Start eBook link

8. Create New Topic Sales Copy and Content:
Using ChatGTP or DeepSeek AI create new topic sales copy and content for the next week and check for clarity and practicality.

9. Team Coordination & Task Assignment
Assign new content batch topics to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for upcoming projects

10. Social Media Content: Create engaging social media posts related to the digital product, including captions and images, and post them on designated platforms.

• This role requires independent thinking and problem-solving—it’s not just copy-pasting!
• You must understand the overall goal of selling digital products and be flexible in organizing and improving content as needed.
• You will need to collaborate with the team and make sure all elements align to create a seamless, sales-ready product.

Requirements:
? Strong AI skills (ChatGPT/DeepSeek AI for sales copy & landing pages)
? Excellent organization & multitasking skills
? Attention to detail (ensure clarity, quality, and sales focus)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Basic image editing (screenshots, compressing files with TinyPNG, AI image generation)
? Ability to work with a team and follow up on missing or unclear content
? Reliable, proactive, and highly responsive (must reply within 24 hours)
? Google Chat for communication
? PayPal or Wise account for payment
? Willing to sign an NDA & Non-Compete Agreement
