About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Outreach Specialist to join Feuer Nursing Review for a 2-month contract (3-4 hours/day, 4 days/week, 8/9 AM - 12 PM EST). The position starts immediately and may have the opportunity to extend their contract beyond the initial 2 months based on the results achieved.

Our Mission:
Feuer Nursing Review is an NCLEX test preparation company that helps nursing students pass their RN and LPN licensing exam. Our goal is to partner with healthcare institutions (hospitals, recruiting agencies, and nursing associations) to empower their employees and members who have yet to pass the NCLEX to achieve success on their next attempt. By providing targeted support and resources, we aim to enhance their reputation, reduce turnover costs, and ensure a steady supply of skilled nursing professionals. This ultimately leads to improved patient care and overall organizational success.

Your Role:
You'll play a vital role in connecting with healthcare institutions and driving successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Data Acquisition (Scraping):
Utilize web scraping techniques to gather relevant contact information from online sources, including Nursing Associations, Hospitals, and recruiting agency websites (initial list provided).
Ensure data accuracy and maintain a clean database for further outreach.

Lead Generation:
Identify and research additional potential leads within the target industries beyond the provided list.
Utilize various outreach methods like cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to connect with key healthcare decision-makers (e.g., recruiting agencies, nursing associations, hospital HR departments).

Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key contacts at established leads.
Understand their specific needs and tailor your outreach accordingly, highlighting how our partnership can benefit their employees and organization.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and lead information in a designated CRM system.

Reporting:
Generate daily and weekly reports summarizing data acquisition and lead generation progress.

Qualifications:
Experience with web scraping techniques (familiarity with tools a plus).
Proven track record in lead generation and sales (or strong prospecting experience).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite, especially Excel.
CRM software experience a plus (preferably ActiveCampaign)

Compensation:
$6 per hour
