We are The Foozie™ – a rapidly growing Australian-based ecommerce brand selling premium slipper socks in the US, CA, UK, EU, AU, and NZ. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing & Shopify Ecommerce Manager with strong skills in Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation and proven experience in Email & SMS marketing campaign management.

This role offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to directly impact our growth while managing your time effectively around your other commitments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation: Create engaging short-form videos (TikTok & Instagram Reels) regularly, managing content scheduling and influencer relationships.
- Email & SMS Marketing Management: Independently plan, create, and optimize effective email and SMS campaigns (experience with Klaviyo preferred).
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- On-site Marketing: Execute seasonal promotions, improve product descriptions and visuals.
- Customer Service & Order Management: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries, refunds, returns, and order issues via Zendesk.
- Administration: Provide concise daily & weekly reports and updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven expertise in creating engaging social media videos, especially for TikTok (REQUIRED).
- Experience managing Email & SMS marketing campaigns, ideally with Klaviyo (REQUIRED).
- Excellent English writing skills (REQUIRED).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva (REQUIRED).
- Previous experience planning and executing marketing campaigns independently (Preferred).
- Experience managing Shopify stores efficiently (Preferred).
- Knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads (Preferred).
- Customer service experience using Zendesk (Preferred).

SALARY:
