RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation: Create engaging short-form videos (TikTok & Instagram Reels) regularly, managing content scheduling and influencer relationships.

- Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta
- On-site Marketing: Execute seasonal promotions, improve product descriptions and visuals.
- Customer Service & Order Management: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries, refunds, returns, and order issues via Zendesk.
- Administration: Provide concise daily & weekly reports and updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven expertise in creating engaging social media videos, especially for TikTok (REQUIRED).
- Experience managing
- Excellent English writing skills (REQUIRED).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva (REQUIRED).
- Previous experience planning and executing marketing campaigns independently (Preferred).
- Experience managing Shopify stores efficiently (Preferred).
- Knowledge of
- Customer service experience using Zendesk (Preferred).
ABOUT YOU:

SALARY:
