Role Overview: This role has shifted focus from data entry to prioritizing graphic design and marketing support. As our Graphic Design and Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a key role in creating compelling marketing materials and ensuring our brand remains impactful and consistent. This is an internal support role with no direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, flyers, brochures).
Research and source graphics for marketing campaigns.
Assist with updates to the company website (WordPress).
Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies and solutions.
Support other graphic design and marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design and marketing support.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
Familiarity with WordPress for basic website updates.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during partial overlap with MT business hours.
