Join Our Team as an AdWords Specialist!

Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a proven track record in AdWords campaign management? Do you have granular experience working with small businesses and at least two years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns for SMBs? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're seeking a part-time AdWords Specialist who thrives in the fast-paced world of small business advertising. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with deep expertise in AdWords strategies, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization. You should be able to efficiently manage multiple campaigns while driving measurable and impactful results.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategically develop, manage, and optimize AdWords campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, and other PPC platforms specifically tailored for small businesses.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify cost-effective and strategic opportunities.
- Craft compelling ad copy and design high-converting creatives that align with brand messaging and target audience.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize targeting to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to accurately measure ROI.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations and proactively improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad spend and budget allocation to maximize campaign results while ensuring efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, actionable insights, and growth recommendations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with AdWords trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaign success.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Granular experience working with small businesses and a deep understanding of SMB advertising strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AdWords experience managing paid search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and optimizing conversions for SMB clients.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and PPC automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign performance based on data.
- Ability to juggle multiple small business accounts while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain campaign strategies, insights, and performance results.
- A self-starter, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications in AdWords, Paid Search, or PPC Strategy.
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with call tracking, lead scoring, and CRM integration tailored for small businesses.
