About Us:
We’re LeoFigs, a family-owned urban winery, restaurant, cocktail bar, and event space opening soon in [Fishtown, Philadelphia]. We’re seeking a talented freelance Social Media Manager and Website Designer to help us build excitement, engage our audience, and ensure a seamless online presence as we open our doors next month.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time freelancer who can expertly manage our Instagram account, optimize our website for SEO and user experience, and help connect essential tools like our reservation and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Post engaging Instagram content 5x per week (reels, carousels, static posts).
Track performance metrics, summarize insights, and recommend strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Website Management:
Manage and optimize the website for SEO, performance, and user experience.
Integrate Resy (reservations) and Toast (POS) systems, including automated email marketing features.
Collaborate with our team; we’ll provide content and a topline visual identity for guidance.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites for small businesses, ideally in food, beverage, or hospitality.
Strong understanding of Instagram best practices and tools.
Familiarity with Resy, Toast, or similar reservation and POS systems (a plus).
Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights.
Availability to commit to consistent weekly work.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
