Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies with a focus on Facebook Ads to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

Facebook
Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns across various objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with company goals, with a strong emphasis on Facebook Ads as a primary channel.
Content & Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences and drive campaign results.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for better performance, ensuring that the campaigns meet KPIs such as cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and create weekly or monthly reports that assess the effectiveness of Facebook Ads and other digital marketing efforts. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Audience Targeting: Use Facebook's advanced targeting features to define and refine audience segments, ensuring that ads reach the most relevant potential customers.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Facebook Ads best practices, platform updates, and new tools to stay ahead of trends in digital marketing.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns, preferably with experience in e-commerce or brand advertising.
Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, ad set structure, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Creative Skills: Ability to develop engaging ad copy and creative that drives engagement and conversions.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing Facebook Ads performance data and using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights to optimize campaigns.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to the team.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and SEO/SEM strategies is a plus.
