Part-Time Designer for Growing E-Commerce Brand

We are looking for a proactive designer to join our team on a permanent basis for approximately 8 hours per week. You will handle a variety of design tasks, from stickers, boxes, and labels to content design. As we grow, there will be opportunities for you to expand your role and take on projects like website designs and listing images as a Lead Designer (full time job).

Responsibilities:
- Design stickers, packaging, labels, and general content.
- Organize and build structure in our design folders.
- Deliver high-quality work quickly (e.g., simple tasks like sticker designs within 12-24 hours).
- Communicate effectively and proactively via Slack.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Proactive mindset and ownership mentality.
- Ability to work fast while maintaining quality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Organized and structured approach to work.
- Willing to complete a short test case.
- Reliable in meeting deadlines.
