Part-Time Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and designs based on project specifications.
• Develop consistent branding across various design projects, ensuring alignment with company and client guidelines.
• Design for both digital and print media, adapting designs for different formats and platforms.
• Work on multiple projects at once, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance visual content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take feedback and adjust designs to meet client expectations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a part-time capacity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in web design or familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• Experience working in a BPO or remote team environment.
