Part-Time Data Entry & Research VA for School Listings (Flexible Hours)

We are looking for a meticulous Virtual Assistant to help us research and compile information on Spanish teacher job openings in the United States. This role will require 10–20 hours of work in the first month or more (when we’re building the core database) and then fewer hours in the following months for updates and maintenance.

You will work live via Zoom (screenshare) with me for the first couple days at 9:00 AM CST to get fully trained on our process. After that, you can work on your own schedule to gather the data.

Responsibilities
Online Research: Find school districts, job boards, and individual school websites to locate Spanish teacher job listings in the U.S.
Data Collection: Record relevant information in an Excel/Google Sheet, including:
School/Organization Name
Contact Person(s)

Email Address(es)
Physical Address
Phone Number(s) (if available)
Link to the Job Posting

Accuracy & Organization: Ensure all data is accurate, neatly formatted, and up to date.
Regular Updates: After the initial data collection phase, periodically check and update any new job listings or contact information.

Qualifications
Attention to Detail: You must be thorough in your research and data entry.
Experience in Data Entry: Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Strong English Communication: You’ll need to communicate with me and sometimes with schools (if needed) via email.
Reliable Internet & Computer: Must be able to handle Zoom calls and web research efficiently.
Availability for Training: Able to join Zoom meetings at 9:00 AM CST for the first few days to get onboarded.
Work Hours & Compensation
First Month: 10–20 hours (to compile the main list)
Subsequent Months: A few hours per month (to update and maintain the list)
Rate: Negotiable based on experience (please include your desired hourly rate in your application)
