Compensation: $3/hour | 4 Hours/Day | Paid Weekly
About the Role:
We are a U.S.-based short-term rental and co-living business that operates properties similar to hostels and Airbnbs. We’re currently seeking a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in the Philippines to help manage guest communications, support daily operations, and assist with administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, working 7 days a week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions, booking inquiries, and concerns
Call current or past guests regarding payments, check-in/check-out coordination, or feedback
Input guest details and booking information accurately into our system
Follow up on pending payments or incomplete bookings
Assist with administrative tasks and support the remote team as needed
Requirements:
Must be based in the Philippines
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Friendly, clear, and professional phone voice
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable internet connection and quiet work environment
Experience in hospitality, Airbnb management, or customer service is a plus
Comfortable using digital tools, messaging platforms, and property management systems
Schedule:
4 hours per day
7 days a week (U.S. time zone—specific shift will be discussed in the interview)
Pay:
$3/hour
$84/week
Paid weekly
