Job Title: Part-Time Contract Administrator
Position Overview:
We are a dynamic music label looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team part-time. In this role, you’ll work with our legal templates to generate contracts for our music artists, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a tracking chart that monitors the status of each contract, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use standardized legal templates to prepare contracts for music artists, adapting each contract as necessary for the artist’s specific needs.
- Leverage ChatGPT to assist with drafting and refining contract language to ensure it aligns with our specific legal requirements and brand voice.
- Track contract progress in a detailed chart or CRM, monitoring which contracts have been sent, signed, or require follow-up.
- Liaise with internal teams and provide regular updates on contract statuses, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Ensure that all contracts are prepared and sent in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts for easy access and reference.

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring the consistency and correctness of legal documents.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to draft, refine, and adjust legal language for clarity and compliance.
- Strong understanding of contract language, with the ability to comprehend and apply the nuances of our specific legal contracts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic familiarity with contract management software like Box sign or a willingness to learn
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Must have access to Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule, though availability during standard Pactific Standard Time business hours is preferred
