We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our customer service team as a Client Relations Specialist. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for making calls to clients to discuss their feedback and address any complaints. You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager to ensure that all interactions align with our service standards. Utilizing your strong communication skills, you will implement solutions directed by the Customer Service Manager to encourage positive resolutions, including reviewing and removing inappropriate or non-compliant reviews from our online platforms and ensuring all customer feedback adheres to our community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients to discuss feedback and resolve concerns.
Flag and remove content that violates guidelines or terms of service.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to develop effective strategies for review negotiation.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Professional communication abilities, particularly over the phone.
Excellent written communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to empathize with client concerns.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience with customer service, quality control, complaint handling or client relations is highly desirable.
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: 2 hours daily, Monday to Friday (4:00 PM CET – 6:00 PM CET). Flexibility for occasional additional hours when needed.
Pay: 4$ per hour
