Part-Time Civil Engineer (Degree & Experience Required)

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Civil Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering and previous experience in the field. This role focuses on supporting our team by designing site plans and assisting with civil engineering projects, ensuring all work is compliant with safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create site plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for civil projects
Develop project plans and specifications
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Conduct research and virtual site assessments to support the design process
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to refine designs and meet project objectives
Update and revise plans as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare technical reports and other related documentation
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in designing site plans
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or project management tools is a plus

Position Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $10 per hour
Location: WFH (Work from Home)
