We are looking for part-time chat support specialists to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to fill in for our full-time workers on their off days.

You will know your assigned shifts two weeks in advance so you can prepare accordingly. This role usually requires three days per week, but it can sometimes be more or less depending on scheduling needs (more often more than less).

This is a remote position, and you will receive full training to ensure your success. It’s a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible part-time work while earning a competitive income.

Chatting with customers from different countries.
Building and maintaining good relationships with clients.
Guiding conversations to close sales.
Keeping track of important details during your shift.
Responding quickly and professionally to inquiries.

------------------------------------------------------------------------ WHAT WE OFFER: ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hourly pay: 2.50 USD (~140 PHP/hour).
Bonus: Earn a 3% commission on all your sales from day one.
Full training during your first week (2 hours/day).
Part-time work with scheduled shifts provided two weeks in advance.
A supportive and friendly team environment.
Estimated monthly earnings: Around 15,000 - 18,000 PHP (including commissions and bonuses).

----------------------------------------------------- WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence (EQ).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
A reliable laptop/computer with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to commit to assigned shifts and work on scheduled off days for full-time staff.
Sales or Call Center experience is a strong advantage (BPO experience is ideal).

You will cover shifts on the off days of our full-time workers.
Schedules are provided two weeks in advance so you can plan accordingly.
You will typically work three days per week, but this may vary—sometimes more, rarely less.

We provide full training to help you succeed in this role. During your first week, you will learn about customer interaction, sales techniques, and chat management.
